What part of your job brings you the most energy? Why?

I love learning about all the different components and processes that go into creating innovation. There is something so inspiring in seeing how the creative process is brought about and then successfully implemented.

What are the beliefs that drive the way you think/make decisions? 

I think that there are few things that cannot be solved when a group of motivated people put their heads together. Being openminded, driven, and forward thinking are all essential to my decision-making process.

What are your favourite things to do outside of work?

I enjoy rock climbing and getting active as much as possible, it really allows me to organize my thoughts and destress. I also love baking and trying new complex recipes.
