What part of your job brings you the most energy? Why?

What brings me the most energy is getting to collaborate with a team of passionate and creative individuals while exploring a variety of industries. I love the innovation process because it constantly challenges me to think outside the box and keeps work exciting. 

What are the beliefs that drive the way you think/make decisions? 

I believe that growth comes from embracing discomfort, and maintaining a positive attitude when faced with challenges. I also strive to make decisions that push me out of my comfort zone. This mindset helps me learn and adapt to tough situations while gaining the most valuable experience!

What are your favourite things to do outside of work?

I love cooking, trying new foods and snacks, going on walks and doing karaoke with my friends and family!
