What part of your job brings you the most energy? Why?

I really enjoy learning about new industries that I otherwise would not get the chance to know so much about, and looking at the challenges being faced through different perspectives. It really stretches my creativity and pushes me to think in ways that I haven't before!

What are the beliefs that drive the way you think/make decisions? 

I always try to embrace the unknown. Stepping outside my comfort zone, while oftentimes daunting, has always led to personal growth and incredible learning experiences. This perspective has really helped me to see challenges in a more positive context - as opportunities for growth, rather than as setbacks.

What are your favourite things to do outside of work?

I have a huge passion for baking and cooking, not just to learn new culinary skills but as a way to explore different cultures. I have also always been into creating different kinds of art, so you can often find me doing film photography or collage journaling in my free time!
