What part of your job brings you the most energy? Why?

Being challenged to dive into the unknown and view projects from different lenses is what energizes me. Every project presents a unique learning opportunity that pushes me outside of my comfort zone, and being able to learn from so many passionate people makes every task exciting.                                                    

What are the beliefs that drive the way you think/make decisions? 

You create your own reality. Anything is possible with the right mindset and persistence! 

What are your favourite things to do outside of work?

I love spending time outdoors, travelling and being creative. In the winter you'll find me on the ski hill as much as possible. In my downtime I'm usually sewing, I love starting with vintage clothes and giving them a whole new life.
