What part of your job brings you the most energy? Why?

I have an extensive background in Business, Administration, Human Resources and Sales. After many years in the Business world, I realize that surrounding yourself with positive, intelligent people makes your job more rewarding and gives you the ability to constantly learn something new from others everyday. Its very important to be around great energy.

What are your favourite things to do outside of work?

You can almost always find me at an arena, either teaching skaters of all levels and ages or watching one of my sons playing hockey. I am committed to ensuring sport and nutrition are an essential part of my and my family’s day to day activities.
